Business Challenge

The client demanded high functionality insertion in an already existing webpart and wished to have an onboard article writing, editing, sharing, reviewing, and other advance features to centralize and monitor the knowledge shared by the organization.


We designed a custom Web Part that supports adding & managing data in a presentable format. Standing stiff to keep the client's confidence, our laudable team of SharePoint experts diligently worked for hours to make the project highly successful and easily delivered superior services. We worked to make the tool more customized by inserting options to manage content and presenting it in a defined format. Also, it made the article views easy to find, we made the tool powerful enough that we can now organize knowledge articles using custom categories and tags that become instantly searchable. The tool is exceptionally refined to export data to excel or pdf, allowing the review of Article or question status in tabular or chart format thereby supporting questioning & answering. 3. Excellent Rest API-based search.
4. Update and edit content with easy-to-use editors that copy & paste seamlessly with Microsoft Word or the web
