A Germany based software company, was using the Odoo 14 ERP system and needed assistance with customizations and third-party integrations to fulfill their unique business requirements. They were looking for customized Odoo modules and automated workflows to improve their business operations. Zehntech team assisted in the development and customization of Odoo modules that streamlined their business processes, with a strong emphasis on productivity-enhancing solutions. Zehntech team is associated with the client since 2021 and helping them with regular Odoo support, maintenance, features enhancements, customization and Unit testing.

Business Challenge

The client was using Odoo ERP system but their existing configurations of the system were not efficient to meet their business objectives. They were struggling in establishing effective and streamlined business processes, which led them to decreased productivity and efficiency.

Business Solution

To address these challenges, Zehntech team implemented the following solution

1. Done customization to existing Odoo module to add features that can help them to run their business operations effectivity.

2. Developed some custom Odoo modules to integrate with their existing system to add additional functionalities to speed up processes.

3. We have worked on around 100+ Odoo module for a better workflow of different business operations like Sales, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Project management, Inventory management and HR. That includes

Azure AD integration with Microsoft SSO.
Third party HRMS Integration with some customization in Odoo system.
SharePoint integration for project files management.
Stripe and Wallee payment method Integration.
Admin and users’ dashboards customization.
HR Payroll customization and configuration according to local government rules.

4. We migrated Odoo modules from older versions to the latest version i.e. Odoo 14 and also enhanced its features according to the client’s requirements.

5. We are providing ongoing Odoo maintenanace and support, also doing customization and feature enhancements in their Odoo ERP system to meet their business requirement.
6. Team is involved in Odoo standard unit testing to ensure error free working of their Odoo ERP system.
