A Swiss-based IT company seeking to migrate and redesign their WordPress website to Odoo 14/Flectra, with the goal of consolidating their website and ERP operations on a single platform, also they wnated to built their website server independant. The client was facing challenges of having separate platforms for their business website and ERP operations. Also, the old website design was not in synch with their brand guidelines. Which resulted in inefficient workflows, a fragmented user experience and low conversion rate. Also, this disjointed setup hindered their ability to streamline business processes.
To address these challenges, the Zehntech Odoo experts suggested to build the website in Odoo ERP that can solve the major issue of platform communication gap for that the team implemented the following solutions:
Migration and Redesign: We successfully migrated their website from WordPress to Odoo 14/Flectra, while giving it a modern touch in the design to align with the company’s branding guidelines and enhance its visual appeal.
Module Customization: We tailored the existing Odoo 14 modules to meet client’s specific business requirements. This involved customizing functionalities, workflows, and data structures to align with their business processes and improve overall system performance.

Website Server Independence Feature:
Another challenge was to make the website server independent. As Odoo default system doesn’t have a feature to direct export and import all the elements at the time of server migration. To solve this issue Zehntech team developed a custom module that can convert default image URLs into the binary form so they can easily get exported from one server and imported in another server without any loss of data or missing funationality.
