After carefully understanding client requirements, the development team of Zehntech structured their website in a way that listed real estate professionals can be contacted directly by email, phone, or private chat. Additionally, a robust search capability was added to the website that enables agents to easily locate each other based on geographic regions.

We also redesigned their site to provide real estate professionals with access to partners. The website is multilingual, with English as the primary language, and Spanish and French as secondary languages. We developed the child theme from the Astra WordPress theme and used the Elementor builder for adding more details to the website. For translation, the WP membership plugin WordPress WPML plugin was integrated. Additionally, custom post types were implemented to manage agent records, courses, nation lists, and partner lists. To manage payments, the Stripe payment gateway was integrated into the website.

Other key aspects added by us are emphasized as follows:

Robust Search – This feature can be used to search for agents from the existing database using filters.

Searching Agents Using Google Maps – A map search tool was implemented in the website that helps fetch agent information from the database.

Data Migration – The existing data of the client was successfully migrated from the original portal to the new portal without any data loss. We have made a script to export the agent data in CSV format.

Custom Fields – This was implemented to manage the course prices, country pages, and partners pages.

Revolution Sliders – The feature was added to make the site more interactive for the user.

Google Maps API – Helps in displaying the location of the agent on Google Maps with a pin marker. The feature essentially helps in finding the address of the partners on the map.

This application enables agents and agencies to make payments seamlessly and manage learning papers from their dashboards. Learning papers supplied by the administrator can be accessed easily by registered agents with paid members. A few other features, including connection request notifications, connection request acceptance or rejection notifications, and notifications of viewing contact information after accepting, were also added. New sections and features, such as news/events, blogs, educational material, and newsletters, were also added by Zehntech.
